I do not see a player that whines in the media, talks about wanting to play eslewhere, and fights with his coaches on the sidleines a "team player". He is the defensive equivalent of OBJ. I would not want him either. -
Jalen has already stated he would like to play for a team like Tennesse or Las Vegas, he said he doesn't want to pay state income tax, so look for teams like the Titans, Raiders, Bucs, Boys or Texans to get him.Comment

I think people who think he's some sort of diva are underestimating the influence that Lynn and Derwin James would have on him.
Looks at the Jaguars team and front office and coaching staff. It's literally the equivalent of dysfunction.
I think he would develop some trust with our coaching staff and the players that was impossible to have in Jacksonville. Marrone is an absolute joke of a HC which every Jaguars fan despises on their forum and wants fired immediately. Most of their fan base seems to be in favor of firing Marrone over trading Ramsey if the choice is between the two.
The Seahawks went to two Superbowls and won one with "headcase" guys like Marshawn Lynch, Michael Bennett, Bruce Irvin, Percy Harvin, Richard Sherman, etc.
The Seahawks loaded up on vets and a coaching staff which instilled a culture that made it work with them. The Chargers have signed a bunch of old ass vets like Thomas Davis and Brandon Mebane and crowned them as leaders so they should easily be able to have a positive influence and tame a guy like Ramsey even if he is a little wild.Tom Telesco’s Results in 9 years as Chargers GM:
