I really like the short pass game, been calling for it for the longest time. Higher percentage play, eats up the clock, keeps the chains moving. I'd rather have several short passes than long bombs that go incompete, get dropped, or picked.

Here's that play where KA got robbed of a TD. Here you can see that Howard is clearly reaching around and contacting Allen, who is just trying to fight the dude off, yet he gets called for offensive interference. COME ON, REF! Just let the dudes play!!!

Nice play by Geremy Davis to make the catch and hold on after a big hit:

On this play, Teamer is the only defender in the right spot to stop the screen play.

But no. Instead of staying clean, Teamer allows himself to get blocked out and Fins get a first down:

Now let's look at pass pro. Scott and Feeney are fine, though Scott was penalized for a face mask on this play. Pouncey and Scho have a double team working fine. But Tevi...almost lets his man hit Rivers. Pass incomplete. Tevi continues to be the weak link.

Yep Tevi is garbage in pass pro, decent in run game.

Patton showed up and so did Davis with his first catch from Rivers I believe. They gashed our D way to easily with the run early. 3 third downs into 3 firsts to start for Miami was pissing me off. Lots of injuries to sift through and the Broncos would like nothing but to beat our asses in our house. Big week coming up.
