I know our OL guys can sometimes show up and execute a play pretty darn well. I wonder if they might crawl out of the cellar as unit in a very different scheme. Not top ten but middle of the pack, 20 or so would be a nice improvement.

We don't need a DC. We can just promote an unproven position coach to DC after Gus is fired. It worked out so well with OC. Lynn is a genius and none of our issues are his fault.

Honestly, IDK how the team feels about Gus internally. From the outside though, we can all see that his scheme is a losing one.

Our D was ranked top 10....again. We are missing a few key positions and injuries certainly hampered us there. Gus im good with keeping. Things to address yes but Gus has done a pretty solid job imo. Need better lb and a stud inside presence.

OL imo is what killed our season and lead Rivers to rushing throws. Cant run block yet again or protect....every DC knows our OL crumbles under a blitz when we need them the most. Inconsistent and devoid of talent despite drafting there.....OL coach is an issue that needs addressing. Fix that line and the offense performance goes back to top 5. Free agency is a must for a tackle with Okung a ?.
