Don't agree with that. 3 straight 12 win seasons is a very impressive feat that a team like Cleveland dares to dream about. He may or may not get another job but that doesn't diminish what he did. Don"t forget, Jerry wanted to resign him when his contract expired after 2024 but wanted a short term extension while McCarthy wanted a long term commitment and when they could not hash that out they agreed to part ways. He won as many games in 2024 as Schotty did in 2025 despite Dak missing 9 games with his hamstring surgery. McCarthy is a good coach with a proven track record and a ring.

I don’t know why The Raiders don’t hire Mike McCarthy. I think hed be great with Fernando Mendoza. They probably will hire Davis Webb Broncos Quarterback Coach. I can’t believe they are actually getting a good Quarterback cause I think Fernando Mendoza is a good Quarterback.

Not sure why Webb would leave Payton for the same job as a QB coach with the Raiders. He would learn more from Payton.

Interesting bit coming out of the press conference with Terry Pegula and GM Brandon Beane, saying that the drafting of Keon Coleman in the 2024 NFL Draft was pushed by the Coaching Staff, and shouldn't be blamed solely on Beane. Ladd McConkey was drafted by the Chargers immediately after Coleman, after trading up.

Saw another post where Beane was glad about Coleman's 40 time because they could then draft him. Some very big he said/she said going on in Buffalo and I wonder about the dysfunction. Red flags for that job.
