Gene Klein, in trading away Fred Dean, was possessed by the spirit of avarice, and Marlon Mcree by the spirit of idiocy; but the last 12 years has been the curse of Norv, which I have warned people about.
Apparently Bosa is excited to be back in a 4-3 scheme. I've often wondered if was a better 4-3 lber than a 3-4 lber. Although is main problem is being able to stay healthy.
Agree somewhat.
Jeanty is a stud..any rb could flop, particularly with an injury, but would not be surprised if he's a first ballot hall of famer.
After that it's wait and see. Bech in round 2 would not make me happy. Two receivers, two online men and a very raw cb. Carrol is excellent at identifying and developing CBS. The others? Meh! Thorton is a one trick pony ... pure straight line speed guys 50 years ago worked
IF all of them are not resigned, it wouldn't surprise me.
Pegues? I watched him a lot. Much of his highlights were at rb for reason , he'd disappear in games at dt.
Still better than kc's by a country mile.
LaDainian Tomlinson is currently the last running back to be voted in on the first ballot. Adrian Peterson should be in 2027. I think Derrick Henry is a lock when he becomes eligible. Saquon Barkley has more work to do, but the Super Bowl title will help his case. I'm not confident Jeanty is up there with Tomlinson, Peterson, Henry, Marshall Faulk, etc. We shall see.

That doesn't explain the last 9 years lol.
I actually never heard anyone say the Murph was haunted except maybe those scary Men's rooms.
😝

I watch college football every Saturday. Jeanty is the guy I'm most familiar with, obviously. I thought he should have won the Heisman last year. I'm not ruling out the possibility that he'll have an early impact on the Raiders that's similar to what Ezekiel Elliott had with the Cowboys during his rookie year in 2016. It also won't surprise me if Jeanty turns out to be as overhyped as Darren McFadden and Leonard Fournette (good players at times, but never great) were. Time will tell.
I saw each of Thorton, Hemingway, Pegues, and Lindenberg in a couple of games last season. I saw Bech maybe once or twice. I couldn't tell you how good they'll be in the NFL. The rest I haven't seen at all.
Most stating that the Raiders had a great draft are just going off of what their favorite "experts" said about the prospects prior, during, and after the draft. I doubt the majority of those hyping up the Raiders' draft actually spent time watching Charles Grant's, Darien Porter's, or Caleb Rogers' game films. We'll see how they all pan out, but saying the Raiders had a great draft with such conviction is silly, in my opinion.

I just read where the Pontiac Silverdome was haunted. This included doors to suites with electric sensors opening and closing on their own.
The Lions are still doomed. They will never get over the top. See Ragnow.
There was the old story that "Chargering" began as a result of The Murph being haunted. It was built upon historic Indian ground.
Do you think the Chargers are still plagued, and if so how will we overcome ?
The SD River changed it's bed frequently back in the day, as rivers do. I used to fish in the gravel pits where the Murph was built. No idea where local natives would have considered special but have no doubt that they lingered near fresh water.

Its no different than every single draft that has ever been evauated in the NFL. No different than all those here excited about the Chargers draft.
All you can go from is the evauation of the draft picks college results and NFL traits. The proof NEVER comes for any teams draft until camp, pre season and then the NFL season starts.
Until then anyone is going on tape, expert evlauations, and mini camp flashes.
I try to be objective... post draft for me I thought the Raiders and Seahawks had two of the very best drafts. Chargers not far behind

Yeah, the Raiders draft imo wasnt "great" but it was good. I like Thornton better than Bech who im not that high on. Tonka. Mellott, Miller....meh. idk, we'll see. Their biggest upgrade was Pete Carroll and Gino even if he is a little above average QB.
They also get Koonce back from injury so they no doubt they will be better but they arent a playoff team this year.
