This is a complicated issue.
Kelce is making the "culture argument"
but the argument fails to factor in plain ol talent.
Just like any player, a HC has to be talented enough to do his job at a competitive level, if not, "wanting to win" won't be enough
winning games when out of playoff contention both helps retain the HC AND doesn't help win that season, so it's valid to say that winning games can hurt the ultimate goal of winning a superbowl.
obviously I believe we qualify for this exception, whatever winning culture we muster by winning two more games is mitigated by the risk of retaining Lynn, who's culture appears to be more talked than walked, ironically.
with a new regime, there is always initial buy-in so I don't think any effects from losing 2 more games would be significant if we get a new HC.

The Eagles went through gymnastics to get Wentz. They had great trench depth on both sides of the ball. Now where are they ?

They're probably thinking....:wtf:...... our management can't even lose out to win out for next season! I'm not sure #2 means a whole lot this year...I can see the Jaguars ownership thinking....we didn't think we'd be here so tank for trevor time with two games left! :cheers:
