Not really. Snead has been there since 2012. His best mid /low round draft was 2017. Not so good prior or after.

No doubt his overall record is really good and you are right, his later round picks have been pretty good. But I wonder if things are starting to slide out of control? So much turnover on the coaching staff seemingly every year, big swings and massive misses on super expensive players, now a key change at the most important position on the team. McVay is a great coach, too. But it just feels like they are overconfident in their abilities now and might crash and burn. Can you really make such massive changes year to year and be successful? And Stafford is really great statistically and super tough but he doesn't win. And what kind of talent judges miss so very badly on Gurley, Cooks and Goff when they are in your building every day?

Like, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

Texans want two #1’s, two #2’s and two young defensive starters for Watson. If no team wants to mortgage their future and the Texans can’t make him happy, Watson is young enough to sit out a season and wait for the Texans to lower their asking price. It must suck to be a Texans fan right now.

I’m wondering if BOB will ever get a job anywhere in the NFL after mishandling the Texans this bad. He basically drove it to the ground.

I'm going to argue that Matthew Stafford has a defense for the first time in his life. His upside makes that worth the gamble, they were forced to take when they signed Jared Goff to that ludicrous contract.
Terrible contracts, but the point is, they got out from underneath them.

The Rams had a ceiling at QB w/ Goff at QB. Not anymore, If Stafford leads the Lions to the playoffs, the next 3-4 seasons, the value of this trade will become apparent.

Leading them to playoffs isn’t enough. They got to the playoffs with Goff. This is Super Bowl title or bust

Somebody tell Matthew Stafford that Greasy McVay actually wanted Aaron Rodgers.

Yes and that's what I mean about Kroenke possibly firing Snead.

I don't think they will be as good defensively after losing most of their staff and may not win their division if SF doesn't have as many injuries and they acquire another QB or if Garopollo stays healthy.

If they miss the playoffs, let alone not win a SB after spending all those picks and millions of his money with dead cap from Goff, Gurley, Cooks......i think he may get canned.

Take a close look at the 2018 Rams draft. No 1st rounders, no 2nd rounders, just a bunch of trade-downs for a slew of 3rd-day Sammie Small Schoolers and projects, four of whom are no longer on the team, and the rest are mostly just average or backups. Now, that's a classic Bobby Beathard draft if I ever saw one...
