Is Rosen a better QB than Easton Stick?

Before the demise his college highlights.

My understanding is that Rosen's problem-- more than anything else-- is that he's a prick. He doesn't inspire guys to follow him, and he's not good enough to get the job done largely by himself. Kind of Jeff George-ish, with a far lesser arm.

I personally am thinking that Rosen isn't a guy who's a plus in the locker room.
