Was there worse RT-RG duo in the league ?

I'm curious why you choose to say "just OK" ? The history of Turner, Bulaga and Campen suggests a better than avg right side, possibly very good.

I think our two new players at RG and RT will be one of the better duos on the right side - better than most.

Don't worry, they'll find some player to pick on .. no Rivers this year so it'll be a bit harder for them but they'll be riding on somebody.

Based on last year - I think Bulaga was the 15th rated RT and my guess Turner was probably ranked middle of the pack (PFF) - would take the same. Literally, my bar is so low only a snake can slide under . Anything is better than last year without at the tackle positions. And Turner is probably an upgrade over Schofield.

I few of you thought that and I'm not sure why. The right side stunk. Especially at RT and Schofield wasn't offered a deal for a reason.

I think the right side is a really nice upgrade and allows Lamp to compete at LG if he can stay healthy,...which was also weak.

But you should never assume they targeted Tua for what they did because first of all there's no guarantee they would get him.
At the time we didn't know this but Telesco said they were going to pick which ever was still there.

So much for the medical evals and injuries weighs a lot of their decision to draft players.

Turner is a five-time Pro-Bowler...yes, I think he might qualify as an upgrade over Scho...
