I think they should try Tevi at OG.

Peters can sign with another team today and not count a comp pick . So could be action on that front or other players this week.

      Patriots release Obi Melifonwu

Teams are clearing space for draft picks and rookie free agents in the wake of the draft and the Patriots created some room by saying farewell to a defensive back. Field Yates of ESPN reports that the team has informed safety Obi Melifonwu of his release.
Melifonwu was a Raiders second-round pick in 2017 and he joined the Patriots in November 2018. He appeared in two games for the team that year and spent last season on New England’s practice squad.
The Patriots traded out of the first round and made safety Kyle Duggar their first pick of the 2020 draft when they took him with the 37th overall pick. He joins Devin McCourty, Patrick Chung, Adrian Phillips, Terrence Brooks and Cody Davis on the depth chart.

Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Big athletic freak but no instincts or on-field awareness.

If anybody can get into someone's head it's Sean Peyton! Oh, and he can watch Brees for a year. Maybe reclamation and comeback player of the year eventually!

I see Tevi as a tackle only, due to skill set and anchor issues that do not go especially well on the inside.

Peters doesn't need camp ala Walter Jones...this may take a while.

                The Trenchers are restless.

                  Too funny and very true.

However, Jameis selected NO and took less money.

                  His career may boomerang.

I am sure there are discussions - but you are correct. Nothing is probably imminent unless the Chargers really pay him a good salary. Like 8m per year or something

Broncos signed Gordon after 4pm ET yesterday to try to screw the Chargers out of a comp pick

Doesn't seem like its going to fly. Hopefully Gordon is considered a comp player and the Chargers still get the pick. Scrolling through BRoncos twitter - there have been more than a couple announcements with respect to Gordon. They tried to pull a fast one and hopefully they are not successful.

If the Bolts don't make a move for Peters or Cordy, I'm guessing that Happy Campen is really high on Pip to start at LT, with Storm as backup...

Yes - maybe Stormin Norton through film study is a better player for 2020 than say Cordy Glenn. Tape don't lie

The thought of Snortin Norton protecting the blind side scares me more then seeing Pipkins out there.
