He should expand his team roster to the jets, Broncos, Patriots. At least these teams have reasonable coaching staff. Cardinals and Chicago not so much and are highly dysfunctional.

Cardinals are playing hard. They beat Dallas and they gave SF a real game. I like what I see from them and that is a team with very little talent on it.

Texans also playing really hard for Ryans. Looks like a totally different team.

I didn't want Daboll, but I would take him over Staley. No question. The Giants were outmatched against much more talented teams in all of their losses. I didn't see any blatant coaching mistakes by Daboll.
