Absolutely not.....people can pick ands choose stats to try and make a point...... problem is stats mean almost nothing with QB's....... balls can be thrown accurately and still be picked off if receiver runs wrong route, falls down, gets held, ball bounces off his hands, ...... etc.... being a great QB means making good decisions, throwing consistently accurately and leadership........

just watch them play and watch the results..... Taylor is a safe QB as long as his defense can shut people out and his running game is dominating...... he does not score many points because he will run, or throw ball away if receiver is not wide open.......

Taylor is better as a stop gap till our rookie QB, likely Tua, is ready than any of the horrible vet QB's who are available....... Taylor and our rookie QB are better than anyone except mahomes in our division....

we all have to remember is today with the current NFL rules, it is nearly impossible to shut down any teams offense unless they just have a horrible QB..... and/or horrible coaches.....

Best defense in NFL: last year, 49ers, gave up 30 points to chiefs........ they lost BECAUSE they could not score 30+ points........ since Reid has been in KC running his high scoring system, most teams that have beaten chiefs, have scored 30+...... most that score less lose......

Are we talking about T. Taylor ?
He is perfect short term stop gap QB till our rookie QB(Tua) is ready........ Taylor is not the QB of the future...... building a running team is not the way to win consistently in the NFL........ its a passing league and you have to be great at passing...... period....

every time there is a one year wonder that runs the ball and wins games (like titans-but it won't happen again...notice ravens have not won a playoff game?), all the old school fans want to jump on that bandwagon....... simplest thing is to look at all the SB winning QB's....... almost all of them were great HOF passers....... not runners.......

This is why I would prefer TT draft BPA and not specifically target a QB.

Agree with this. I kind of like the idea of Love but not sure where he will be picked. 6 might be too high but can you trade back to like 24-32 and get him.

Chargers loaded up on the right side of the OL. Maybe the next Qb will be a lefty? Maybe Tua?

Like, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

              100% agree with this.

Side Note: I think Tua is the best QB in this Draft

Everybody is saying Taylor is a safe qb. That is why i have been saying we need to pound the rock. Get Simmons in the first. dobbins in the 2nd. Best available left tackle or center in the third. Top 5 defense with a solid to great running game.

People are fooling themselves thinking Taylor is going to drive this team anywhere. He had his chance as a starter and was asked to take a pay cut, benched for lack of production and exiled to Cleveland. Journeyman QBs on their 4th team in 10 years are just that - journeyman QBs. He is a solid backup and could start a few games in a pinch, but going all in on him as a starter will end badly the same way it did in Buffalo, and likely cost Lynn his job. If Tua or Herbert are waiting in the wings, okay. If not, we are completely and utterly pissing away the year while punting the QB hole down the road.

Benched for Nathan Peterman! Who had the worst half of football in the HISTORY of football.
