Over / under on when the Chargers sign Dennis Allen to the Coaching staff

Anyone know if Pags even wants to be a Head Coach. The guy seemingly loves being in SD. He seems too relaxed to be a HC. Players seemingly love the guy though. All charger players always speak very well of him.

Pags will get interviews, or requests for them. I'm not as sure that there will be lots of openings, Oakland for sure, and maybe Miami, Jets, Giants. Games like this last one inflate values. I do see him as a little relaxed, but he's dynamic as compared to Jim Caldwell, and more inspiring than Norv. I'm hoping for a long delay in interviews due to a deep playoff run.

So I wonder if Allen is spilling his guts to McCoy to stick it to the Raiders?

All the coaching vacancies will be filled by the time we win the super bowl. Really hope no one interviews till the season is done.

someone, and I can't remember who some nfl writer/insider type...maybe it was LaCanfora or someone like that...tweeted after the game last week about rumbling about Pagano being a HC candidate next year.

Not much to go on, but if the team has a great season, I suspect there will be more interest. Also, his brother is doing a nice job with the Colts and that won't hurt him.

Pagano had a big part in getting Rex Ryan to shut the hell up. That is kinda a major deal in NFL circles. If he can have some more games like that, he is gone to coach his own team.
