With herbert Chargers need to add 2-3 speedy WR's, an all round every down RB......and a speedy TE....... and LT in draft or a vet .....

and the biggest reason is all the detailed analysis by scouts and QB experts on the major flaws in herberts game....... in 4 years of coaching and playing he never elevated his game to be a great passer...... and he did not play in SEC where they have great defenses..... hebert had a great team and won many games inspite of him not playing well...... look at his film... not highlight film but complete games or film breakdowns....... if you review those it will be obvious that hebert lacks touch, lacks anticipation, he does not throw his receivers open...... he is a one read QB who mostly dumped off screens......and needed direct LOS to complete passes.....
Hebert is like playing madden and only throwing bullet passes..... has to learn to have touch and lob balls over defenders in pros or zone defenses will kill him.......

I remain in sharp disagreement with the OL crowd.
We are not throwing away 2nd and 3rd round picks,
those who still have a chance to develop.
--Pipkins.
--Lamp.
--Feeney.
I am hoping for a weapon now at #37.
PON defensive depth later.
No Simmons is stunning but it is done.
We drafted arm talent, pure and simple. We do not play modern football.
