As much flak as he gets for his subpar win-loss record, there’s probably not a single fan (outside of KC or Buf) that wouldn’t immediately trade their current QB straight up for Justin Herbert. Charger fans may be a beat down bunch, but they are luckier than they realize.

Add Cincinnati and Houston Texans to that.

That list is an absolute joke.

The ranking says it takes into account regular seasons games as well as the post season and yet goes out of the way to not penalize Jackson for his performance in his biggest game of the year. And on and on and on.

Herbert's #5 2023 reg season QBR is the best for non post season QBs. There were 14 PS QBs. I'd give Herbert #15 on that basis if we include post season.
Post season is more a reflection of team play.
Herbert was #5 in the real world, which is amazing given his injuries and team failures.
