The ranking says it takes into account regular seasons games as well as the post season and yet goes out of the way to not penalize Jackson for his performance in his biggest game of the year. And on and on and on.

Post season is more a reflection of team play.
Herbert was #5 in the real world, which is amazing given his injuries and team failures.
