I watched both of them play, their play style is similar, shifty guys, good speed, fight hards for extra yards, above average hands. Joe reed is a great pick here. If u watched Scott play in college the wr whose now on the colts but was on our ps u can see the similarities in their game. While not carbon copies. Similar styles

Then ill just say you haven seen him play. He is a better player than Watkins, Gandy-Golden is slow and was picked before us, KJ Hill ran a 4.6, ...and Hightower.....yeah, he is ok, but Reed id better and more versatile which ,...we need a return guy and a gunner dont hurt either.

Yes, Gandy-Golden and Hill aren't fast. I still like them better. You're right, I missed Gandy-Golden getting picked.

NFL Mock Draft Database has a consensus big board from a bunch of sources.

Reed isn't in their top 150. Watkins, Cephus, Hightower and Hill are.

NFL.com has him : average acceleration getting into routes, seperation quickness is pedestrian out of breaks, lacks vertical threat, reliable hands, fearless.
I guess for a 5th rounder, take a flyer on him.

Reed is built like a solid 6'1 215lb RB..... a great returner, great deep ball catcher(catches with his hands), he can be a reverse and WR screen guy and he can take abuse because he is big and strong..... he is not like TB who runs away from any contact..... he can probably play some tailback...... very versatile player
