I never thought he was done and supported bringing him back when HOU cut him. He still has the same value on third down IMO.

So you are saying he will last as long as our other RB? Not bad for a guy his age.

Brown can still do all the things we need him to. He just isn't going to make a lot of plays on his own, unless you count on pass protection, although maybe Rivers has convinced teams that blitzing against him is a really bad idea.

He's gonna play on 3rd downs while Brown is out and should be able to get up to speed with the offense this week. Seems like a good move to me.

I like Brown and appreciate that he understands what we are trying to do on offense, but I think we have officially found the bottom of the barrel (excluding any RB with any Raider affiliations of course). So, hopefully, we will have no more injuries at RB as we have certainly had more than our full share already.
