Edit: I jumped the gun on UDFAs. The draft is over for the Chargers but it isn't over for the rest of the league. Still /crossing my fingers for Throckmorton.

Yeah, he's probably a guard or even a center. His combine numbers were real bad.

TT seems to have downgraded the need for speed.

With the success KC has been having, I get the feeling some teams are overvaluing speed.

Don't get me wrong, speed is important. You always want speed and the more the better. But don't put it above all other qualities. It is extremely rare for the top Cb or top WR to be the fastest guy at their position. That should tell you something about how important speed is.

It seems we want to be able to control the pace of a game vs high powered offenses...move those chains...chew up some clock...give our D a rest.
