So here it is. Its starting to look a little like a non football related discussion anyways. So i think i will actually move it to the OT section.

Best thing a pro athlete can do for his body is to go vegan. I want to see Herbert drop his thing for beef brisket while he's still young and get on a vegan diet to ensure he has a long career.

I agree. Everyone’s different. There’s no one diet that works for everyone. Blanket statements like ‘everyone should be vegan’ or ‘everyone should be carnivore’ are absurd.

I think the sissy rules will allow for a long career. It's why Brady says he keeps playing and he isn't a vegan.
