The middle school look-alike played admirably. But for now, it’s the exception, not the rule.
My rookie fix of the day was watching Joe Tryon obliterate Mac Jones like a crash test dummy.
I'm still adjusting to the DL with single digits. Just don't like it.

Gorillas also have a large cecum compared to humans.
I'll let y'all google that and tell me what it does.
and even Gorillas eat more flesh than Disney likes to tell you.
Veganism is harmful, don't let these youtube yuppies fool you, they all promote veganism while consuming animal products off camera.
the ones who end up truly victimized are the ones dumb enough to believe in true veganism like Cam and Tyrod.
At least Cam quit his vegan diet recently and has been able to maintain his health throughout last season
not a coincidence
You can always tell the true vegans from the fake because the true ones die and age early, brake bones easily and being angry at humans who eat well and have children.

Virtually all humans would be nutritionally optimized if they ate their natural diet, it's up to you all to decide what that is.
here's a hint, we evolved eating this food through MILLIONS of years, not hundreds or even thousands...
So your natural diet isn't anything cultivated by man.

I am a meat eater but you can get protein from sources outside of animal carcasses.
Example…….
Protein
Both beef and peanut butter are high in protein.
Beef has a little more protein (5%) than peanut butter by weight - beef has 25.4g of protein per 100 grams and peanut butter has 24.1g of protein per 100 grams.

My sensitive brain cells were offended by Velo bringing up thid shit in the first place.
But no biggie.
Simple question.
Is there a correlation between
no meat and groins/hammies ???

And I do understand Velo's point about diet and recovery, given his enthusiasm for arduous road bicycling.
Arachondic acid...all that good stuff.
We need a sports science thread, something Staley is keen on.
And a Primatology thread...Last edited by wu-dai clan; 10-04-2021, 03:07 PM.We do not play modern football.
