We used to have a member here named Schneeboy. We might have lost him when the team moved. But he made hot sauce and sold it to us members. Meat hasnt been the same since Schnee moved on. lol

smoker or griller? different gravy. not interested in grilling much if i have chance to smoke. sausages are massively underrated in a smoker.

True story. Sausages turn out great in a smoker.

big fan of beef short rib. like the full thing too but short rib cook quicker and bone keeps it tender. not too expensive either.

Just found this thread. I'm addicted to smoking. My wife got me a smoker for Christmas 2 years ago, it literally changed my life.
