As much as I like Fluker's attitude, he just wasn't worth $8.8M, as he isn't a top OL in the league. Maybe he agrees to come back at a reduced salary. If not, good luck to him. Agree with decision to let Stevie Johnson go too. And think it makes sense to let Flowers go too, as he isn't worth his salary; concerned about his frequent concussions, and he himself should be too. Interested to see who else is let go. Finally getting to see how the team will be shaped for next season.

The #Chargers, who released DJ Fluker and Stevie Johnson today, are also releasing CB Brandon Flowers, a former big-ticket FA signing.

As expected, Chargers announce they've also released CB Brandon Flowers. So it's Flowers, Fluker and Johnson, clearing $19.321M before lunch

Nice breakfast. Is Liuget going to be lunch? His contract is out of proportion to his production. I'd rather see Damion Square at 3 tech.

Thought I read somewhere there would be too much dead money to release Liuget this year. I assume him and Franklin could be gone around this time next year

Stupid spending unless its for 8, 12, 16 with no signing bonus.
