Dammit! Stop reading my mind. Lol.

But seriously, who’s gonna be on that 3 man front when Bosa’s in a 2 point stance? I’m just over Tillery. Jones ain’t much better. Just don’t wanna be stuck with them in starting roles.

Nope.... Some are very doable. First two have a chance. DJ isn't always right. Slater may be there. Molden is iffy, Hoge is iffy but OGs do slide all the time. Brown also iffy. Hard to judge. I like most these guys but just hard to say where they go with many players having a 1 to 2 round window lol.

Hard to go with draft sites when I've seen some guys that no way last as long as they show. Seen LB Garret Wallow anywhere from 125 to 290... Wtf.

Subject to change after free agency
Really good use of capital, both contract $, FA position/player targets, and draft.

We definitely have some similarities to our approach. Strong team that can win the LOS. I like it.

Molden is only a Slot Corner.
As much as I like this prospect,
role flexibility is key in disguising blitzes and coverages.

I have four players capable of playing Slot, along with their other roles. That's the basis of Staley concepts. Two High with rotation.

Generally, I am in disagreement with your DB strategy, slotting and resultant position population.

How's Jordan Smith in coverage? We don't know. Never mind that he is another player I red flag, EDGE players are not merely Pass Rush Specialists in a Staley branded defense.

Norton got a lot more snaps than Pipkins. What's that tell us if Pipkins is supposedly developing ?

Clearly you and I have different ideas in how to proceed.

The numbers on FAs are off. You are on a shopping spree with a credit card that is maxed out.

With a few glaring exceptions, Norton played admirably last year. He’s a development player, too, he’s just at a higher level than Pipkins. I kinda like Norton as RT2...for now.

What do you think we can get in a trade for Kyzir? Was thinking of adding a pick by trading him but didn't know what we could get. Is he worth anything?

With what I did, I don't see a use for him, though he is cheap but with Perryman, Vigil, Jenkins, Deablo, Derwin back, Anwuasor,.... I'm just thinking there isn't room for him.
Just wasn't dazzled by his play and now a new defense.

                  Yes !
And not a Pipkins fan here.
I still maintain that IOL is the problem.

I don’t think Kyzir would have more than like a 5th/6th round pick value.
Why are you looking to trade him?
I thought he was solid LB before going down. He made STOPs. I see him backing up K9 for 2021. If his injuries persist, I’d let him walk in 2022 as a FA.

Molden might not have the versatility to slide to the outside and man the perimeter, but he’s the man in the box, underneath zone, and run support. He can also play safety. A guy that really gets defensive schemes—his role and how it relates to the overall dynamic. He’s versatile, just not in rotating to the outside. Definitely capable of playing the same role Troy Hill played in Staley’s D.

I would say he is one of my favorite prospects.

Some people, when you add it all up, are just good at football.

I don't know. Just thought after what I did we may be a little loaded at positions he may play at. And seems he is hurt often but I also was thinking he is in his last year and he can just walk if he didn't adapt well. Just wasn't sure of his role and thought to get a extra pick but knowing it would be a lower round.
