Why worry? Half our draft is done already! Maybe one solid starter in the first round and the rest are just careful invites. For me, most of the big changes have already happened and the draft is just whip cream on the sundae.

Like Rac Haad White but not worth reaching, mid 5th earliest. Like Zamir more than Cook but both fall in that 3rd round range, maybe early 4th. Now Chandler might be there in the 6th but isn’t he just like Rountree? Jerome Ford is interesting down hill runner, good explosion, more upside than Rountree/Chandler/Kelly type, not sure he makes it mid 6th? Strong, Master Teague all shots in the dark.

Someone will get cut from a squad or maybe Staley has Tom trade for the Rams Cam Akers coming off torn acl. That’s someone to keep an eye on.
The Rams likely aren't trading Akers. He played late in the season last year and he is their best RB. He is the one that plowed over that CB in the playoffs who got concussed.

I don't see Rachaad White even getting to the 5th but who knows.
Obviously since they didn't like the FA RB market they have their eye on a few anyways. We'll see who they like.

I’m ok with Rountree as the 3rd RB. But I would try and take either White from ASU, Cook from Georgia, Ty Chandler from NC, Jerome Ford from Cincy, Kennedy Brooks from Oklahoma or Pierre Strong Jr. from SDS. Then with their last pick in the 7th, I would take Master Teague to compete with Rountree.

Jackson I do like. Just injured too much. Roundtree hopefully is better but I didn't like him coming out. My hope is Lombardi gets to give some input and he would like a Kamara/Ingram type.

Still, that's better than Sorenson and Stick. I don't like Daniel (free agent) either but he is just a mentor which I think Herbert has this now.

Better QB #2 coming after this season.

I think there are decent CBs beyond round 3. I like Coby Bryant for us but also like Alonte Taylor, Armour-Davis, Goodrich and McCallum could fall there in the 4th. Don't have a problem drafting Ford or Zamir or Rachaad White in round 3.

I think we need to trade down to get an extra pick. Green could be there at 20, 23. The Huddle report has him ranked 29th, Raimann 35th
Answer is Rountree, gives me pause as Staley pick with Telesco.

No actually just to clarify that was 38 reps at Houston Pro-Day for Russey. Powederblueboy then made comment easy for Linderbaum with his T-Rex arms. Not to confuse the two and brought Linderbaum up only because of similar height to say Russey is not to short to play Center in the NFL comment.

I still don't think he has the frame/anchor to play guard, so I can't see us picking him...too bad. I think he is gonna be great...but unless I am mistaken, he is center only, and would be sitting behind Linsley for the next few years.

Working with Staley , his staff, the current roster & cap is not the same. Of that I am sure.
You believe our FAs and draft picks since Staley was onboarded are blindfold darts that missed? Many of us liked last year's OL adds.
Or, Is it Khlil Mack, JC Jackson, Austin Johnson, Sebastian Joseph-Day, Josh Harris, Gerald Everett, JK Scott, DeAndre Carter and Troy Reeder that you believe are wild guesses?
My guess is that Staley knows his roster and what he wants from them after a year together and that Telesco is giving him what he wants.
Only the 2022 season will provide real evidence and even if we win the SB, some will not like how we did it.
I think kelley might be done this year, I have a feeling he’ll be gone by final cuts. My hope is that roundtree will be better with a year of experience but he's nothing more than a STs guy and short yardage specialist. I’m not a fan, his vision and instincts inside were a huge disappointment to me last last year considering that’s supposed to be his bread and butter. But he’s a Staley guy so I expect him to remain on the roster. RB2 will be drafted this year maybe even as high as round three. I like williams from notre dame, he’s an ekeler clone, white from Arizona, cook from georgia, robinson from alabama,…in the third round I’d definitely take spiller but I’m not sure he’ll be there
