I give small school prospects a deduction on their overall grade for competition and a DIII prospect gets a bigger one.
Saying that he absolutely dominated 3 prospects that are going on Day 2 at the Senior Bowl in Onwuzurike, Odighizuwa, & Jones II. Pancaked all 3.
If I took my deduction off for level of competition and just went by game tape/Senior Bowl notes, he’d be in my top 60.

I know I'm taking away my small school deduction...this is no Pipkins. I'm sold on the guy. The only problem I have with taking him in the second, is the fact you should be able to dig up a gem like this, who went to Wisconsin back water....I mean, White Water...on day 3. Lol...

But he checks all the boxes for me, save for extensive game tape against superior competition. But if you can push around the big boys, you can push around the big boys...and this kid can....only question left is can he be coached to play the pro game...my gut tells me yes....but that is for our staff to decide...wouldn't take him over Creed, no way...

Still....as much as I like the kid, there is probably going to be a better player at another position at pick #47...so the smart play is to not take him there...fingers crossed he lasts til the third....

This could be an epic offseason (FA & draft) in turning our weakness (OL) into a strength.
I think someone here pointed out how a few teams have been able to successfully turn around their OL dramatically in 1 offseason, but it’s been recent, so that’s encouraging
