Hamilton...wow, look how much turf he covered to get this pick:

He is a top 5 prospect. 6’4”/220# FS @ND. Monster athletic freak.

Harrison with an impressive week 1 vs. NFL caliber OT prospects.

        Zach Harrison / EDGE / 6’6” / 275# / 35+” arm length / 4.4s speed / Improving PR Arsenal / Strength-Power-Explosion / Huge Motor

Yeah, I’m hoping TT’s first order of business in the ‘22 draft will be RT. What a great pick your boy Trevor Penning would be at #32. Kid looks absolutely beastly.

I think TT will see what a world of difference it makes having a cornerstone LT and pull the trigger.

Our quarterback is a golden god.

I’m assuming that’s alluding to Faalele because I don’t think MINN’s LT is an NFL prospect. And Harrison’s reps vs Faalele weren’t that impressive.

              I disagree.
Schlueter is 6’6”/325# day 3 NFL draft prospect @OT. He’ll have 40+ starts by end of season.

Harrison had very few reps as a passrusher against Faalele with 1 pressure and several clear losses. Zach had 2 run stops and a dominant pancake on DF. Harrison did give Schlueter a trip to the woodshed.

Anyways, Charbonnet does run with that upright power style, a la Eric Dickerson and AP. But let’s watch a few more games before drawing those connections with ink instead of pencil.
Ah...I was looking at week #1 highlights vs Hawaii. Yes, it obviously means more that he was productive vs. LSU week #2. I watch very little college football, except for draft evals. A name to keep an eye on.

I’d say the most fun RB to watch is Bijan Robinson, even though he’s not eligible for the 2022 draft. I see shades of LaDanian in his game.

                    CBS Mock draft.
4th of 7 OL taken in 1st. Looks like a good year for OL.

                    Round 1 - Pick 21
                    Ikem Ekwonu T

                    PROSPECT RNK POSITION RNK
Ekwonu is a monster, and more importantly, would be another piece to the O-line puzzle that protects Justin Herbert
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

True. But he’s also gonna be one of those G/T tweeners like AVT. If he grades out as a OT, then fine. But I think we should look to a pure OT prospect. We already have Jaimes for IOL depth.

Looks like a lot of 1st rounder OL are guard types.

Ekwonu will be an NFL OG. He is a beast in the run game and has some issues in passpro in space. He will be a physically imposing IOL with movement skills to excel in any system @OG.
