Someone has to make an offer that benefits the Chargers.
We lose Ekeler's run / rec yards & TDs
      We dump Ekeler's cap.
      We gain---? Picks? Players?
It has to be significant, he doesn't cost all that much for what he does.

An extra third in this draft is enough IMO.

Throw in a decent player that upgrades rotation / depth where we're light and it's a deal.

But since he was a high draft pick they will continue to waste time with him. This is the same GM that thought Lynn was their guy and let Steichen walk for Lombardi.

Posted Spiller’s clips for comparison. Don’t watch them if they offend you.

I agree with your thinking 90% of the time I'm not offended it's Sonorajim who's hounding me with them. There's nothing there that shows me he's an nfl RB.

Hmm, doesn’t seem too much different from highlight clips of guys we might draft in the middle rounds this year. But maybe I’m not seeing it. I wouldn’t slot him as RB1, but more Ekeler lite.

Sean Tucker is twice the RB of Spiller and he's slated to go in the third to 4th rounds.

There are a lot of good RB prospects this year, yep. Definitely something we need to upgrade. No idea what we have in Spiller.

Judging him as no good from his rookie season when he missed time early with a high ankle sprain?

                          Not smart..And a 4th rounder isn't a high pick. It's a mid round pick..

MW didn't do much his rookie year either missing time early with a injury.
                          Neither did Vincent Jackson.
