I was on JSN early as a good possible choice for the Chargers, to eventually take over for Keenan Allen, when there was speculation that Allen might not be back after this coming season. But then the Chargers reworked Allen's contract, and it doesn't look like Allen will be let go for several more seasons. I still think JSN is the most-NFL ready wide receiver in the draft, who deserves to be the first wide receiver taken, and could be a slightly faster Keenan Allen as a slot receiver. I don't think he will be there at pick 21, and since we are tied to Keenan for several more years (cap hit from cutting him would be prohibitive), I don't see us picking him even if he were there. If we had the need, though, I would want us to take him.
The team I hope doesn't draft him is Kansas City. Think of that Chiefs offense with a Keenan Allen-type security blanket-- not fair to the rest of the league.

I cant imagine this kids YAC after 107 catches? I know that wont happen again for a RB on this team...that was related a lot to not having our WRs...but Gibbs is so much more gifted in the open field than Austin. The speed and tweaky twirks between the 2 is night and day. I also think Spiller compliments him nicely. You will get over 4 yards a carry year in and year out.
I love this guy.

We do know you are jumping up and down on the draft table for a super RB named Bijan.
I would trade up for him.
Late rounds can address depth at the loaded DB, TE, WR positions.
On the other hand TT did say @ #21 does not necessarily have to be a starter, especially since this draft is not top heavy. We do not play modern football.
