looking over the free agents for 2023, this is my working roster atm.... https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/

QB * Herbert * would like to add the one or both of Gardner Minshew and/or Jarrett Stidham
RB * Ekeler, Kelley, Spiller, Horvath * looking @Bijan in the draft or Kareem Hunt/D'Ernest Johnson in FA
WR * Keenan, MW, Palmer, Guyton, Deandre Carter * no changes here
TE * Everett, McKitty * lookin' Dalton Kincaid in the draft
OT * Slater, Jamaree, Foster Sarell * not gonna pay thru the nose for Pips, but would be hoping for Connor Galvin day three
OG * Zion, Feiler, Jaimes * if Cooper Bebee lands here in the draft, that would be a plus
OC * Linsley * lookin' for Eli Cox in the draft as developmental backup here

NT * SJD, Otito * got room for Siaki Ika if he lands w/us round one
DT * AJ, Fox, Fehoko * Bryan Bresee would be a hellah add here, and would look for Dante Stills day three as well
DE * Khalil, Joey * Tyree Wilson would be a great understudy to Mack here
ED * Rumph, Van Noy * Jared Verse would be my choice in the draft if so, along w/YaYa Diaby day three, and we still have Tuszka if need be
LB * Niemann, Og * lookin' @Noah Sewell in the draft and dreamin' of Roquan or Denzel in FA
FS * JT Woods, Mark Webb *
    SS * Derwin, Alohi *
CB * JC Jack, Asante, Callahan, Deane Leonard, Ja'Sir Taylor, Mike D. * gonna do my best to resign the all of 'em and hoping for day three/UDFA depth w/the either of Julius Brents and/or Cameron Brown

PK * Cameron Dicker * his job to lose, even tho Hopkins and Bertolet were both pretty darn good
PT * JK Scott * would sign Michael Turk as UDFA if possible
    LS * Harris

    HC * Ron Rivera
    OC * Joe Brady
    DC * Brian Flores

overall am leaning D'Ernest Johnson in FA, which lessens the need for Bijan round one, altho def not ruling him out.
pretty much stuck on TE round two.
Eli Cox (or the like) is a priority day three, as need to have a Linsley hedge.
think we end up w/Tyree Wilson round one.
and hoping to add two LBs, one in the draft and one in FA, and would trade Murray (for sixth rounder).
and obviously looking to resign Callahan and restructure Mike D.
Feiler too (restructure) btw, albeit an OG could be the missing link if Matt is deemed expendable

RT Taliese Fuaga, DT Jer'Zhan Newton, NT T'Vondre Sweat, LB Cedric Gray, TE Ben Sinnott, RB Daijun Edwards, FS Cole Bishop, QB Joe Milton

positions/players that need to be addressed:

swing tackle/Storm Norton * if nothing else, team Tommy John is a sentimental duo, and we have Foster Sarell, if not Trey Pipkins, going forward for swing tackle
RG Matt Feiler * we could restructure, but the reality is that sticking w/him is a gamble, and we have enough of those already on the roster, and can prolly get a safer bet in FA
OC Corey Linsley, Will Clapp * face the music/take your medicine, you have gotten lucky w/Linsley this far, as he has both tendinitis and a bad back, we need a center from the draft and to consider moving Jamaree into the OC
RT Trey Pipkins * he may be a decent swing tackle in the NFL, but counting on him as your starting RT is a gamble
TE Tre McKitty, Donald Parham * we gambled on McKitty's development and Donald's health, we need a receiving TE from the draft, and prolly another blocking TE from the draft as well
QB Chase Daniel, Easton Stick * just another piss poor decision not to have an adequate/dependable backup behind Herbert, as we were spoiled by Phil
RB Sony Michel * good idea that like other decisions made this last offseason, did not pan out, as we def need an RB1

DT Christian Covington * not a bad guy, but prolly best to upgrade via the draft and to look for an interior pass rusher
5T Joe Gaziano * think he's more ps than backup, and better to draft someone that can defend against the run
LB Kenneth Murray, Drue Tranquill * don't think the latter gets resigned, and not a good idea to count on Murray as your starter, and prolly one draft pick and one FA
ED Chris Rumph * it has been a mistake to count on him as an edge hedge, and guessing FA is gonna be the way to go here
FS Nasir Adderley * think Mark Webb is the most likely replacement @safety, but prolly a good idea to get a vet FA safety to mentor JT Woods

He could retire... but I think his 17 sacks enable him to get another lucrative 2 year deal.
Extending him, and keeping him, could be something the Chargers could do... but I think he would have to take a very team-friendly salary cut.

If they trade him, and keep Bosa, they would definitely have to get depth @EDGE in the draft.
I don't think they'd sign a free agent... because of cap restraints.
All of this will be up to Harbaugh and new GM.

IMO, the 3rd round is where you start looking for depth (behind Bosa and Tuli). Here are some guys I've noticed:

If they decide 1st round pass rusher:
UCLA's Latu Laiatu or Alabama's Dallas Turner are my favorites

If they decide 2nd round pass rusher:
          Penn State's Adisa Isaac
          Washington's Braylen Trice

          3rd round-4th round prospects:
          Marshawn Kneeland https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgwpK59lPvY&t=110s
          Mohamed Kamara https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1Hpskri-qk

          Brennan Jackson https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLlHxL14-cw

Gabe Hall is kind of a hybrid 3-4 DE or 4-3 DE. He could be a guy that Harbaugh uses.
