Recognizing Florida State had a lot of opt-outs, that was a downright embarrassing game to watch. That said, so many on here are all over Brock Bowers, yet Georgia has talented players all over the place making plays in its offense. Ladd McConkey, Oscar Delp, Dillon Bell, and Kendall Minton are among those who could have promising futures in the NFL. It wouldn't surprise me at all if McConkey has a similar career to Wes Welker.

Soooo bad - like the FSU players collectively said FU to the NCAA … or they really were not very good and it was a mirage all along. Or combo of both? I remember watching Duke almost beat them earlier in the season and thinking … “Duke?”

Milton and Bell tore it up, not to single just two out as there more. GA OL >>> FSU DL, not even close. McConkey strangely stuck out in my mind too, despite not a lot of box score stats.

Florida st was missing all their skill possition starters and had their 3rd string QB playing. I dont know how many defensive starters opted out but that was a lopsided game. Kirby Smart even said the opt outs arent a good thing for the bowl games and said FL st was not a full strength.

I wonder if Harbaugh will have JJ McCarthy playing Monday? Alabamas QB is playing.

I remember when the 2nd best team in college football for that year, the Aaron Rodgers lead Cal Bears, only got offered the Holiday Bowl.
They were very disappointed and mailed it in, getting blown out by a vastly inferior TCU squad in that game.

They lost a tough, nail biter of a game against USC that year, in the Coliseum. USC then proceeded to blow the doors off of an undefeated Oklahoma in the National championship game.
