A funny thought......If we draft a gold domer this year are we going to concede that they are a legitimate prospect or will we blame the ghost of Telesco?

Watching Detroit OL handle Aaron Donald says everything. This is allowing Goff to slice up defense.

Every year our OL goes down and then becomes the conversation of how to fix…..if you can draft a true LT with a top 5 pick it’s a no brainer…

we have a proven WR Allen and a proven pass rusher Mack that can be reworked…….I don’t see a proven LT on this team nor do I see a proven OL that will protect Herbert all season much less if we get lucky and make PO.

Allen was #6 in reception 2023 and same in 2021,
Mack has been a top 5 edge rusher in last two years he had 6 sacks against raider in 1 game, sacked mahomes 1x, Jordan Love 2x, ravens qb 2x

the more I look at it LT in first rd makes most sense.

I'm coming around to that as well
Priority 1 - Protect Herbert
Priority 2 - Help out the running game, so we can finish out when we're in the lead
Priority 3 - Keep the defense off of the field as much as possible. We were almost dead last this past year on defense. Thanks to the Broncos, Seahawks and Bengals for saving us there.....

An added bonus is that either Alt or Fashanu can play LT if Slater gets injured. That being said, I really like the RT out of Wash. St. (Taliese Fuaga) in a trade down situation

I think Nabers is every bit of an elite WR prospect as Harrison. Seriously. Once he learns the entire route tree, he'll be a star at the next level. Explosive athlete with plus hands.

This is what I read more and more. Nabors is only a touch below Harrison as an ELITE WR prospect. And now I’ve been seeing him go at #4. Not good.

If we have two WRs go off before we pick then our phones should be ringing off the hook for someone to move up and draft a QB. LOL!

Frankly, FWIW, Nabers seems to really fight for it more than MH2.
Not saying he's a better prospect (yet) but he's Antonio fucking Brown onthefield and I remember Ben being practically unstoppable with that talent flying underneath overthrown bombs.

I would be more than happy with either of these two receivers. We need to be prepared to trade down a few spots if something weird like this happens.

yeah - I think you’re right. He had 2 very good games stat-wise and the rest were not up to par
