How early would one first grab one of the linebackers: Payton, Colson, Trotter Jr., ...

Payton is 6'4" - 240, and allegedly runs a 4.50 - 40. His DC says that "in 29 years of coaching, I've never seen someone play that hard" - Harbaugh would love that.
You can see how fast the guy accelerates.

But a little insight into this. Jim Harbaugh recruited Brock Bowers. Didn’t recruit him recruited him hard. Brock Bowers was a Michigan recruit. There was interest there.

And we know all the Harbaugh speeches. Then this guy played Michigan and beat Harbaugh.

So he’s an elite player. He’s not a tight end he’s player. You can play the fucking guy amywhere. Hback wherever.

Harbaugh loves these types of players.

all the Harbaugh shit yall mention on here and talk about on here but no one seems to mention thier offensive line who was pretty good for the run. They have a pretty good interior lineman that is a guard that we can probably move to Center that’s where. We fucked Herbert up the middle. We hire Hardwicke we will get that fixed. You guys talk about lineman right away. We have a solid group. Why not get Jordan Williams tackle from Arizona in the later rounds. Stop reaching for it.

the tackles are alot closer in skill then you think. The Oregon Center is good. Maybe he’s a late first round that we can trade back in and get.

If the Chargers can come away with 2 2nd rnd draft picks I would take Jenkins DT and Colson LBer with both picks. Those 2 picks arn't sexy but you just fixed the middle of the run defense. Plus, they know Minter's defense so there shouldn't be a big learning curve.

This is if they pick up a veteran Center in FAncy. I can't see them going into the season without a veteran Center and think this will be the top priority in free agency.

What I like about this tape. He’s making plays on big money downs 3rd down 8

and those plays they run those are Harbaug h plays those short throws up the field. He’s an anchor. Lilly limit those long throws where Herbert has to throw the ball and hold the ball and get sacked.

This is exactly how Mahomes plays.

The other players are great. But what Bowers does is perfect how we want to play. We want to grind teams.

That’s what’s makes Mahomes so great those 4 yds. 5yd. Throws that open that other shit up.

Bowers will allow that to where you’re worrying about the soft stuff then that’s where we take our big shots with guys like Palmer and Johnston.

Even look at Baltimore with Andrew’s they right the book on the 3yd 4yd outs they just get first downs and touchdowns outa those. We lacked that.

Everett was good on them on some of them but missed alot. He lacked that. Lacked the explosion was good but not a technician like this guy.

#8 seems like the sweet spot that makes sense, doesn't it? Get a couple extra picks and still get a blue chip player which is hopefully Bowers. I really believe the Chargers are going to trade out of #5. With the number of QBs that will be on the board, I think that #5 pick will be very competitive.

Yeah, hard to believe Horitz doesn’t trade down, even if it’s just a little. Between 6-10 pick, there should be Odunze, Alt, Bowers to choose from, all studs. Plus an extra pick! Win-win.
