    "Amarius Mims is an Avenger."
    Daniel Jeremiah

As though there aren't enough offensive tackles and wide receivers to salivate over.

    We play modern Harball.

Could be your RT in a trade back with the Vikings to 11 or the Raiders to 13

        Excellent Pass Pro.
        Lightning quick feet.
        Reliable hands.
        Plus plus Gap scheme back.
        Extreme value @ #183.
        Pair him up with Spiller
        and/or Gus Edwards.
I like him, love the shorter backs with quick feet. He doesn't look #220, looks closer to #205 on tape but I' won't argue with a scale. Very compact, I like that.

He has quick feet, not sure I'd go lightning quick. he doesn't look faster than 4.46 on game tape but thats fast enough. Maybe having bigger faster NFL defenders chasing him will get him to pick it up a beat lol. he's a good pass catcher, and he ran a bit of wildcat at Troy too.

Spiller dreams never die around here. I have no idea why people project so much more than what we have seen. really no idea. his 40 time was ~4.6 and he looked it except slower as he couldn't decide when to accelerate at a hole. I expect he is in camp and lets see him show any measure of improvement before we place team bets on his legs.

So I was out of town in the mountains for the entire combine. Who were the 3 or 4 players that made a big impression on you regardless of position? And GO.........

I'll start - Theo Johnson, Reiman & Tanner McClachlan at TE.

mixed reviews on JJ McCarthy - half say he was the best at the combine (I disagree) and is now a Top 5 pick - the other half are posting memes like this on X/twitter

The "hole" was a problem for all our RBs. Wasnt many to get thru. Kyren Williams ran a 4.65 at 195 lbs and doing fine @ Rams. Did miss 4 games with injury.

Might have the most upside of any RT...but very little tape. Scares me...but you know if Harbaugh likes him, he has the confidence bordering on arrogance, to believe his staff will get that kid to his ceiling...

Ohio st fans are posting shit like that. They post his one over throw and say he sux lol. Kinda weird being its a NFL draft and he wont be around beating them anymore.

Any doubts about Caleb Williams going to the Bears were likely eliminated, while the Raiders could get aggressive in their QB pursuit.

                    Los Angeles Chargers

I expect the Chargers to be active in trying to trade down from No. 5. Depending on how the top four picks unfold, they could look to make a deal with a QB-needy team, like the Falcons, Vikings, Broncos or Raiders. They could also look to make a deal with a team that is determined to land one of the top receivers (Harrison, Malik Nabers, Rome Odunze). Coach Jim Harbaugh and GM Joe Hortiz could go one of two ways as far as the return in such a trade-down scenario. They could prioritize 2024 capital. Or they could prioritize 2025 capital and potentially earn a future first. If they do get a deal done and move down, the return should tell us a lot about the timeline Harbaugh and Hortiz want to be on. — Daniel Popper

The holy grail is a double trade down to 8 then 11-13 and still get a top player at a position of need plus a bunch more day 2/3 picks.

No point in doing that. It nets you exactly the same amount of draft points if you go from #5 to lets say #13.
