I can honestly say I have absolutely no idea what they are going to do in the 1st round. The rest of the draft seems a little easier to guess what they are going to do to fill out the roster.

Harbaugh and Hortiz taking a WR at 5 does not seem like a move either of them would do.

There will be some very hungry teams to jump up to 5 for MHJ if he’s there. So my best guess is that they are going to trade back. From there, I still am not too sure who they will take. Maybe a CB or OL and I'm still not confident in those guesses.

Perryman is a Mike in a one year deal and has always been injured. I like Perryman, just don't know.how long he will last.

Dye is pretty much a STs guy who will compete in TC and has started 3 games the last 3 years. We still need a LB.
Neiman is depth. Henley , idk what we got there.

I like Colson too but he is a Mike as well but good pick. Replaced Perryman in 2025 as fills in when he is hurt.

Cooper a great fit. Colson, ,Wilson...good players.

I will let Hortiz/Harbaugh figure that stuff out. I wanted that combo from the beginning so whatever they decide I'm all in.
Absolutely! The draft is a crap shoot... and the pundits get creative with their mocks near the end... to make it even cloudier!
Don't get me wrong, Paul is probably indeed a 3rd round prospect. I've only watched highlights on him. I would feel more comfortable watching full games against quality opponents.

My draft crush is the 3rd round... I believe there will be many quality players there.
My other draft crush are many of the defensive players. Not a whole lot of them in the 1st round (until later)... but many good defensive players in the 2nd and 3rd round, though.

          😎
I was pimping Salyer, too... before the Plumpkins re-sign.
If JH2 decides Salyer fits @RT... all the better!
@that point, I choose Bowers @#11... and use my 4th round pick on RG (probably the one of would have used on TE).
If that is the direction... sign me up.

still some free agency left, they'll add to the room one way or another, either they draft or they pick up someone after the draft in free agency...

True...and there are a few other in the draft. I haven't really watched a ton of Trotter. Should watch more and Gray is ok and Wallace is ok but not thinking those guys will be an upgrade over Henley. Depth guys.

                That would be very funny.

I would want someone with experience there, instead of throwing in another rookie who has never played the position.
KC won the Super Bowl 2 years ago with a vet scrub at RT, and last year with a vet scrub at LG.

You can do that when your coaching staff is very good: something to which we are unaccustomed.

There will be a 4rth round interior Olineman available out there, with 3 - 4 years of experience, that the coaching staff is well positioned to identify.
                Maybe a post draft vet.
Hopefully not someone like Barksdale, Willie Smith or Max Starks...
                22 - TE Mason Taylor
                55 - RB Quinshon Judkins
                86 - DL Josiah Stewart
                125 - G Dylan Fairchild
                158 - C Jake Majors
                181 - WR Donte Thornton

I would be fine with RG in the first, or anywhere really.

This draft class of LBs is nasal trimmings.
I see a late vet, ready to strap it up for ST duty.
                    We play modern Harball.

depends on what you are looking for, a lot of that assessment is based recent trends for the position, I like a couple of guys that will probably be very late picks, one from UCLA and the other from Indiana, much will depend on how any of these guys fit into Minter's scheme, yeah it's not the best class but someone good might be hiding in the pile of shit, hopefully our guys can find him...

Not a fan of OG's in the first round.
After we poured all of our cash down the JCJ hole... (wanted McDuffy)... I jumped on the Darnell Wright train.
That brief ride only derailed when TT decided to follow up one bad move with another (pouring the rest down the Plumpkins hole)
I swear to Gawd, TT used to read my posts, become irrate, and purposely make decisions to spite me.
Only then did I jump on the Zion Train. By that time, TT had painted himself into a hole... and down the 1st round OG tracks we went.

You only need the #23 pick to fit nicely... and it does.
Then you have Colson @#37. After that... you begin fitting round pegs into square holes.
