What if Pipkins injury is serious like an ACL and he won’t be ready for 2024 - would one of the tackles be in play?

I thought that same thing as he left the game. You can justify Fanashu or even Alt at 5, to me Nabors or Bowers are the other guys that hold pick 5 value

They missed TWO. I always hated that kicker when he was a Bronco and this renews my hatred, Rich.

Sit tight and take Bowers and be set at TE for 10-15 years, watch him rejuvenate Herbert's career.

            Don't overthink this.

And definitely don't take a RT at #5, LOL

Herbert can throw to anyone. Blessing in disguise we dont have to take harrison. Id pick alt but be fine with trading down. Cant believe people want a tight end at 5. Hilarious.

Hilarious is people wanting the Chargers to tank and have a top 5 pick badly, but will complain about who we pick. We're here now where people wanted, at the 5th spot.

Said tight end has potential to be a really good tight end. An elite one.

Right now only Caleb Williams and Drake Maye are projected to go in the top 7. But as the draft gets closer I think a couple of QBs are going to rise, the Chargers may be able to trade down a few spots and still get a coveted player and pick up an extra 2nd and maybe a 3rd.

If we want to move on from MW and Allen, then no. A WR will be the pick. I can see the reasons, would not surprise me. Get beef in rounds 2-3.

Trade down if you can gain solid capital.

I'd rather they stay put, having a lot of picks has some allure, but not if you risk missing out on a blue chip talent, get your impact player and continue to build a younger foundation around herbert....

I can see Penix moving up especially after tomorrow night.
