Only if Arizona has Pick #6 and we don't do a swap with them for an additional pick maybe in the third. Would be very happy with Nabers plus an additional third.

Both are Xs, near enough for Nabers, so don’t care. 😎

I'd prefer Marvin Harrison Jr., but I love Nabers. I think MHJ is as sure a bet as any college WR I've seen come out. I think he'll be a perennial pro-bowler and can be used in any fashion. I think Nabers will have game breaking speed and elusiveness. I think there is a possibility he could end up better than MHJ and provide a speed element the Chargers haven't had in a long time. I do think he'll need to clean up some things (like his release) to hit that ceiling, though. I would definitely understand chasing that ceiling, even if I don't agree.

I think both guys have incredibly high ceilings and floors, and Odunze, too.

There are actually a lot of guys I really like. I'd be happy with a trade down if it's a good package. This is going to be an exciting draft! I just hope they don't do something like DJ suggests and trade down with the Jets for their 2nd rounder next year. That would temper my excitement a lot. If we trade down to the 10-15 range and collect a haul I'd be thrilled with like 15 guys who could be in that range...Any of the top OTs, the top few CBs, Bowers, Murphy, Newton, Latu, Verse, JPJ (maybe a little farther back than 10-15).

Malik Nabers ran a 4.35 40 at his LSU Pro Day today. You see his college tape, it's like watching John Jefferson. Taking him at #5 if he's there. Imagine Justin Herbert paired with a John Jefferson clone.

Nabers Nabers Nabers I want Malik Nabers. Starting to believe this guy is the next Antonio Brown. His Elite Speed was confirmed today but I never knew he was that explosive. MHJ may have the pedgree but Nabers has that "IT" factor HOF WRs have. This has to be the most antcipated Chargers draft since 2018.

Jeez this place is now underrating Nabers just like Bowers. Nabers is great prospect that I was unsure of until I saw how explosive he is both on film and now his pro day. MHJ is awesome but Nabers is too.

Would I rather have Larry Fitzgerald or Jamarre Chase?
                  can’t go wrong with either.

but tbh I’d still prefer 11 and 23

                    In 2018, B. Chubb was the 5th pick, M. Fitzpatrick 11th and I. Wynn, 23th.

I keep remembering that we landed Junior and LT with the fifth pick in the draft and the thought of trading it for two lesser picks just kind of scares me. I hope they use that pick on Bowers or one of the top three WR's. We may end up with a third HOF player that was taken at pick five.

You couldn't see he was fast on tape? Only thing that changed is a number to his 40. He ran a 4.35 and a 4.40.
If MHJ runs a 4.4 does that change anything? Of course, we won't see that.
Odunze ran a 4.45 at the combine. His pro day is tomorrow. What if he runs a 4.4 Or a 4.38?
                        Odunze is a great prospect.

Take the elite prospect. Just dunno if you get any closer to winning it all taking two slightly lesser talents.
