I'm not a huge Dupree fan but he's under 4 million cap, why does it look like he'll be gone?
Especially with instability at edge.

I just got this feeling that we’re going to need Sawyer at 22….
I like Tuli but it’s looking more and more like Mack will be back but Dupree and Bosa are gone. This is the perfect draft to just refill the tank at EDGE.
PHIL just gave us the blueprint, so I went with BPA at 22 thinking many of the other draft options are just gone by then.

No problem with Edge at 22...Sawyer just kind of bugs me with some of his antics this year. I think his range is in the 30s so a tad early for me but nothing crazy. He could be a better pick than I know, just not a guy I have warmed up to.

Give me for Edge the traits freak Stewart but mind you i dont think he is there at 22. Or Green. Another traits guy is Mykel Williams. I think injury slowed down his season and he could have big upside.

If there is an early run on Edge and the Chargers are set on Edge, Sawyer could be a possibility

Mock of the day emphasizing my priorities.

Bring in proven weapons for Herbert. Improve the OL with a long, heavy OT to OG conversion early where quality OL come from. ( This FA OL class is looking too pricey.) Bring in a quality backup QB, that’s been our worst position for too many years. And a CB from deep CB class as BPA at PON.

In college, I've notice him getting ALOT, TONS of pressure that caused mistakes others capitalize on from the secondary!!!

He is a big fast brute. He was a Senior Bowl star. He will star at the Combine and a team will pick him in the first.

I think his best is ahead.

I like traits. I like upside. So do NFL teams.

If you want traits and production there is Abdul Carter for you, but you will need the first or second pick.

I know. I know. He’s “that guy….”
However, that kid with minter and this staff could become an elite EDGE fast.
Chargers need pressure. Constant pressure. On Mahomes. If you can beat him, you can beat anybody.
My thoughts are have a non stop rotation and a wall to stop the run. Philadelphia layed out the way…

And the offense is completely overhauled in one offseason. I’d love Omarion but I just don’t think you can pass on that type of defensive talent when there are other really good RBs. TE and WR are addressed and Justin is off and running.

Imo he is a big project at Edge. More suited for Fox's position but not in the first round. I hope he isn't there by our pick. Let someone else take him early so he can bust.

He has had 3 years in college with those traits and didn't improve his production.

Remember on average , 50% of first rounders are busts and this draft isn't first round deep.

Absolutely right. I think many of us just have fun getting attached to guys we like.
