Jalen Hurts Pro Day

As good as Jalen has looked this off season, I still can't get the 2018 title game out of my mind. He put up a goose egg in the 1st half and lost his job to Tua at the same time. He may be a different person now and a different QB but his performance that day was painful to watch. Whenever I read someone suggesting we draft Jalen I cringe in pain all over again.

I dunno, I just lived through a whole season of cringe-worthy play from Rivers, guess we could bring him back lol.

thank you and call it a day (one).... no trade down.

much easier to get a CB or WILLIS (weak inside linebacker/inside safety hybrid) than an OT.

do like Brown, but since we're post Rivers, would be leaning RT (in this case)

ps. still think you QB guys are going/picking for need rather than best player for the team on the whole

Top QBs get added pts by virtue of most important position...and Burrow, Tua have impressive records v top level competition. They're legit.
Every team needs stars, not just best player at weakest position or most important position. I'm not locked in on a position or guy yet but we sure as heck should get an impact player. FA will have an impact on my draft outlook.

Of course we are, friendo. The Chargers two biggest holes are at QB & OT and LB Simmons is the obvious choice, IMO.

Agree. Id be real happy with Simmons, Bectin, C. Young, A. Young, Bectin, Burrow....but Burrow is a pipe dream.

I do...more so than tua...Herbert you could start right away and waste a year on developing him with no pressure. Draft Tua and year two he's expected to come out firing year two or it's a wasted draft pick.
