Most teams will continue to struggle to build a capable Oline as the lack of OL talent in college appears to continue
the trick is to evolve an offense, not depend on Telesco to get good/lucky.
Starts with a qb that can escape pressure and throw accurately on the run.
scheme-wise I’m sure others can speak better to
let everyone else overdraft Oline while we load up on defense to compliment Bosa and James, play for turnovers and give our offense more opportunities because drives will inevitably stall with poor Oline play
Target faster weapons (wrs/rbs) to get open sooner
tight ends willing to block can be found in later rounds
