Two things:

1) The Chiefs offense was sucking in the 1st half vs. a mediocre Texans defense. Don't expect the Titans to lose this weekend if the Chiefs give them a 24-0 lead. It will be over. O-VER.... The Texans special teams gifted the Chiefs 21 points. Texans beat themselves.

2) Why are we drafting players predicated on beating a team that won't even exist in 1-2 years...? The Chiefs cap space is looking questionable for next year. And that's with Mahomes on a relatively cheap 4th year. Once the Chiefs trigger the 5th year option, guys like Kelce and Hill probably won't be re-signed.

Draft based on what you want to do with YOUR club in the future. A rookie QB is on the horizon. Fix your OL or waste your franchise player. Draft an OT that can immediately start at RT (immediately improving your weakest unit... 29th) and move to LT next year. Outside of Thomas and Wills, there are no OT's that have the skillset needed to do this.

Wirfs could probably handle LT. If Adams stays healthy... if... But all 4 will be gone by the 2nd round. After that, it's a real crap shoot.

and the power, strength, technique plus arm length to disengage from blockers as a MIKE.

Well because he hasn't played any Mike. He has played safety and OLB for them.

I wouldn't complain about drafting Simmons but just think QB is their bigger focus but FA'cy will be more telling.

no he cant...... most of his passes are thrown to totally wide open players...... very rarely are they covered ......that is because KC has the fastest group of WR's, RB's and TE's in NFL ....none of their WR's run slower then 4.4(even backups)........ and 2 of them run 4.3's....... they have multiple RB's that run 4.4..... and multiple TE's who run 4.5-4.6.......

and Reid's scheme is simple and causes defense to move one way while intended target is wide open running away from defense making them easy throws......

If it's so easy why don't other QBs and coaches implement what KC is doing. I've seen Mahomes hit tight target windows that only a handful of QBs make.
