It's a failed comparison because the Clippers and Lakers are in fundamentally different situations. Windhorst is the first person I've even heard mention it. Never heard one Clips fan mention it. Never heard anyone else mention it. Last fall, there was quite a bit of chatter about the Lakers clearing space for LeBron. You claim it never happened. It's not interesting enough for me to bother with it.

As is yours. Won with sacre playing with rec league rules to boot. Big difference is the laker fans know they suck this year.
