But, they got 2 guys who can't play...for 1 guy who could "sorta" play. (meaning...he can play, but he's injured so much, he can't always play)

I expect Kobe to continue to have "complications" in his comeback. Pau may have another leg injury coming up too. (they stretched that groin injury out a LONG time)

OK, suck for Wiggins? Wiggins sucks. Parker looking like the only serious guy to tank for right now. Either way they were going to be in the lottery. I think the bigger issue is why they didn't try to amass as many picks as possible.

Well, Embiid is the guy I'd want...not Wiggins. But he'll probably go first or second, with Parker going to the other.

I'm not saying I agree with this...but I'd venture their thought process is that they will get a top draft pick, one top free agent, and get Kobe back..and they'll be contenders.

They will also allow Dantoni to coach out the string for the season, but I would be surprised if he is back the following year.

Again, not saying I agree with these moves...just what I think they are thinking. (and I'm not Peter King)

BKR, you really think Wiggins sucks? Parker is definitely a stud though. I don't think Wiggins sucks, he's a freak. I do think Embiid goes 1.

As far as amassing picks, outside the lottery, does it really matter? They weren't getting a lottery pick for anybody, but would have preferred they shed salary to avoid the repeater penalty. Guess they felt keeping Pau's Bird rights was more important.
