    Secretive. Good word.

Or maybe the new docs arent very good.

i think people always overreact to injuries because they fear the unknown. DX proved last season he was a beast but what were people saying when he was signed? its all about opportunity so until these guys prove they CANT play, I will save my apocalyptic outlook. a WR wont make or break your season anyway and if he does, you weren't a contender to begin with.

so heres to keenan, vincent, meach, royal and willie. may some of you step the fuck up.

that's going to cost us some wins. Good luck to you DX, I hate losing you, but I don't think you'll play here again.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

            Canepa:

Loss of Danario Alexander a major blow to Chargers offense. Vincent Brown isn't exactly Lou Gehrig, either. Danario has Pro Bowl ability.

Feel bad for Alexander, but, really...is anyone surprised? We've already had 2 major injuries; and we haven't played a down yet.

Such is the life of a Charger fan.

Don't know about "some" wins, but I agree that he's played his last game as a Charger. He's too fragile for the game, it would seem.

The real story here is that McCoy is a LIAR.

This baffles me. Who cares what McCoy said. Maybe he was just hopeful. Maybe he was downplaying it until the tests came back. Maybe he's pure evil and lies at every turn. None issue IMO.

I tend to prefer a coach that is a straight shooter. If he didn't have information on DX, he should of said he doesn't know about the extent of the injury. He clearly said it was nothing. DX was walking around with a wrapped knee 1 hour after they "examined" him and stood throughout practice by all accounts.

McCoy could have gotten bad info from the training staff, which seems like the most likely cause. Guess that should have been the third option. It is definitely an indictment of the new training staff that they missed a torn ACL (and simply iced and wrapped it up). Like I mentioned, it's a simple test that will usually diagnose the injury. The MRI just confirms the diagnosis and shows the extent of the damage.

Man this is really terrible news. And if was his good knee. I feel for the guy. He has some talent but damn his career just got derailed again big time.
Our WR group is pretty thin now with some guys that haven't been able to stay healthy.
