Pretty easy for ortho's to diagnose an ACL Tear just by wiggling the knee. They confirm with the MRI, but my friend's dad is an ortho, and he had me get on the table, he pushed and pulled a little for about 5 seconds and said ya it's unfortunately torn, and he was correct.

This is why I was really surprised to hear he tore it after McCoy made the statement. What you are talking about Fleet is called the Drawer's Test/sign. It's diagnostic of a torn ACL.
