Is Bulaga expected to actually hit free agency? If so, he'd be my #1 target, then you can move Fluker to guard, and draft a center or guard, re-sign King Dunlap, and that would do it for overhauling the line for me.

Just a though but with Rex taking over in Buffalo, this might be a good time for us to embrace the 4-3.
They will likely be going with 3-4 over there now, so there could be some good players available out of Buffalo to make the transition easier.

They didn't change their personnel much in the transition from Pettine (2 years ago) to Schwartz (last season). And since Rex plays the same scheme as Pettine did, there really isn't going to be any change.

If they let anyone go, it will be Hughes. Pretty much just a pass rusher, but is going to get a big payday anyway.
