Damn! I liked what I saw from him in the preseason. I was surprised the kept Dzubnar over him. Hines seemed to have better instincts & speed and played really well on ST.

Maybe they saw something on special teams where Jackson is a better fit? As long as the top two are going well, I won't mind this move, and Newsome will probably get signed to the PS.

Now I am hearing that he is out until after the bye week. This is starting to get depressing. We have zero pass rush without him.

I would not be shocked if in some way Liuget was able to help our DL in the pass rush dept. Maybe im just wishful thinking. And i know it was just preseason but the pass rush looked better with him inside during the pre. Teams clearly were not scheming and running basic defenses but im hoping he can take some pressure off Melvin.

Is there even another DT we have who commands double teams like he does? He may not always push through, but he does get doubled a lot.

Weak schedule. That may change but they all look manageable without Bosa at the moment

Good coaching staffs overcome injuries. They coach up other players, they scheme around weaknesses. The Rams OL is absolutely outstanding. May be the best in the NFL this year. KC right now is all quick throws. Watch a KC game. Reid is a very, very good OC. He has set up Mahomes to be successful by using the speed of his WR to run short routes that give an easy read, completion, and let the WR run after catch. As Mahomes gets more and more confident he will run a more complete tree and you can see it in some games. What I am trying to say is that the Chargers still have a pass rush. It was just taken away in 2/3 of the games so far. Don't fret too much.
