I think the UDFA making the final roster streak is over. I see experience counting a lot more in this CV stricken year. Gotta have backups that are game ready if players get sick.

I not a Trent Scott fan, but I see him as better prepared to play than other scrubs we have in camp.

That would be outstanding. But its a long shot.

Lets hope so but im not holding my breath. Herbert wasnt Mahomes in college. I do hope for better QB coaching to get him to his potentual.

I hope so too, but even if both QB's had equal ability(and I do believe that Herbert is physically bigger and maybe stronger than mahomes, but not as quick), there is a huge difference in how the HC's coach..... reid is aggressive and wants to score as many points as he can even if ahead by 30 or 40 points..... AL, on the other hand, is the opposite..... his dream offense is one where the team runs for 150+ yards per game, does not turn over ball, plays tough defense and wins close low scoring games ...... even if AL had Brady or mahomes or P. manning, he would never run up scores on anyone...... unless there were a boatload of turnovers and the running game, ST's, defense scored all the points.....

It will be interesting to see.... too bad there will be no pre-season so we will not see Herbert play until maybe midway through season after the bye....
