Agree but you have to realize you arent doing a good job and swallow that ego to do it. Not sure how you can have an ego being born with a silver spoon and inheriting your job and not earning it.

LOL.... but do most GMs sit with the owners? I really dont know. Maybe TT sits with his family

I always thought Lynn was just a transition coach for the move to L.A, but resigning him made me scratch my head. I think they thought they found something when we went 12-4 then 5-11 lol.

On the cheap. They figured they hit the lottery. LOL

0-4 start pretty much sums up the current Coaching staff's value. That's how it started. Ending of Lynn's tenure might as well be the same as the beginning.

The other problem we have is TT. It doesn't matter who the coach is. If TT and lil boy spanos are making the picks + FA, any head coach is going to have a hard time. TT must go.

Time to bring in an alpha and give him the reigns to run things. If Spanos doesn't get it by now, he never will. Get a real leader who actually knows the game of football. It will pay off.

I agree with that...... everyome before kissed ass except maybe Hank Bauer, who I loved because he told it like it was too often....but got fired for that.......
