Chiefs show why they'll repeat as Super Bowl champs
I believe that the Chiefs are flawed when it comes to a ball-control offense, like Tennessee. They are the only threat I see on the horizon, their ability to let the air out of the ball, by running RB King Henry at them, can be done. Bill Belichick's Giants Super Bowl game-plan against the Bills KGun offense in 1990, which is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, proves it.

Dorsey
Ballard
probably Borgonzi this offseason
thats why if I am the Chargers - I might call Polles - second in command behind Borgonzi. Part of that whole tree with Veach, etc.

Looking at this from a Chiefs POV, their offense runs through the tight end. The best way to spend this pick, is to get Chargers QB Justin Herbert the best TE in the league.
Chargers still need a RB in the 2021 draft.

Second, it seems like a bit of a luxury pick because unless the OL has improved - I am leery
Now if you trade back from whatever and get picks and still get Pitts say 9-12 - though I would prefer OT - I would at least see the thought. At 4 or 5 though, has to be more need to me,.

. Well five, we are picking 4th as of today.
However, I wouldn't pick a TE for us in the first round. Maybe if we don't resign Henry... Who is the better player right now and one of the better TE's in the league. Not like we are hurting there.Last edited by Boltjolt; 12-15-2020, 01:26 PM.

Meaning, in the third round picking a guy four spots early is one thing. In the first round - thats pretty damn risky. You cannot reach that much in teh first round if he truly is the 9th ranked player on your board. You are helping the league doing that.

Even then I Probably wouldn't go TE. I'd stay the course with OT or Parsons or trade down.
