I like Saleh even though the defense is also based on Carroll’s. Saleh actually made it his own and showed that even injuries didn’t stop him from fielding a top defense. Much more impressive than in 2019. I wouldn’t mind him as HC as long as he brings McDaniels or Lafleur as OC.

I don't have a preference though not sure how I feel about Pederson. But he hasn't been mentioned as a interview yet either. I'd be ok with any of those guys.

He checks all the boxes. A Super Bowl winning coach just dropped into our laps. Charger history demands that we hire a HC who was previously a successful HC. Coryell, Ross and Marty are crying out for this hire. Don’t fumble TT. Our guy just fell into your lap
